Club logo, colours and branding
In “My club”, upload the logo, choose colours, tagline and heading style, adjust the icon and sharing image and tap “Save changes”. They show on your public site and when the link is shared on WhatsApp.
- Go into “My club” (“Your club’s identity”).
- Tap “Upload logo” (PNG, JPG or WebP). TournAI suggests colours taken from the logo: tap “Use these colours” if you like them.
- Adjust “Primary colour”, “Secondary colour”, “Tagline”, your website and the “Heading style”.
- Under “Website icon” and “Sharing image”, keep the automatic ones or upload your own and adjust the framing, title and description.
- Tap “Save changes” at the bottom. You'll see “Saved. Your public page and the links you share now show it.”
Until you save, the changes only show on that screen: if you reload, they're lost.
Each tournament has its own “Customisation” tab to set an icon or photo just for that tournament; otherwise it uses the club's. Tap “Save changes” there too.
WhatsApp keeps the preview of links that were already shared for a while: new links show the new image straight away.
You can also download the icon (32, 180 or 512 px) and the image (1200×630) to use on social media.
