Several editors on the club website
The website owner taps “Invite an editor” under “Editors” and sends the link. Whoever opens it signs in or creates an account and taps “Join as editor”. The Free plan allows 3 editors.
- In “Club website”, scroll down to “Editors” and tap “Invite an editor”.
- Copy the link or send it to that person on WhatsApp.
- They open it, sign in or create their TournAI account and tap “Join as editor”.
- Editor: writes news, adds matches and scores, uploads photos and changes the history, social media and sponsors.
- Owner: can also change the name, badge and colours, publish or hide the website, and invite or remove editors.
Each link works only once and expires after 7 days. Until it's used it shows as “Unused invitation”; “Cancel” revokes it and “Remove” takes an editor off.
Up to 3 editors on the Free plan (counting unused invitations) and 50 on the Club and Organiser plans. Don't publish the link: anyone who has it can join.
