Official sheet: players, signatures and incidents
In the scorer, switch to “Official sheet” to record players, officials, signatures and incidents. The sheet isn't published: print it with “View printable sheet” before you finish the match.
- Inside the match in the scorer, tap “Official sheet” (next to “Simple”).
- Under “Players”, add each one with their “Number”. “Name (optional)” can be left blank.
- Under “Officials”, type in the referee, the scorer and the captains.
- Score the match as usual. With the sheet you also get buttons such as “Yellow”, “Red” or “Time-out”.
- At the end, the referee and captains sign with a finger under “Signatures” (“Clear” to redo). Anything that happened goes under “Incidents”.
- Tap “View printable sheet” and print it or save it as PDF. Then “Finish match”.
Print it before finishing. A finished match no longer opens in the scorer, and there's nowhere in the dashboard to view sheets. Afterwards they're only in “Account” › “Download my data”, inside a file with all your data, not as a PDF.
The sheet is private: it doesn't appear on the site. Only the score is public. “Match report” gives you the summary of points and actions.
If under-18s are playing, the shirt number is enough: no need to enter names.
