Under-18s: age, names and streaming
You must be at least 14 to have an account, and an adult to pay. If under-18s are playing, the organiser needs parents' consent to publish names or stream matches.
- Account: minimum age 14. To request a paid plan you must be an adult.
- Photos: only on the club website, and only if whoever uploads them ticks that they have the families' permission. The club is responsible for those photos; TournAI can remove them if they're inappropriate.
- Match sheets: shirt numbers and names are private and aren't published. The name is optional: the shirt number is enough.
- Club websites: don't write the names of under-18 players in news stories or captions. Every website with photos has an “Ask for a photo to be removed” link.
The tournament site shows each team's name exactly as you type it.
In youth categories, use club or team names (“Example VC U12 A”), never children's names.
If you're going to stream matches with under-18s (“Court streams”, in “My club”), get parents' consent first. That responsibility lies with the organiser.
