Help centre Your account
Registering your club or organisation
The first time you sign in, TournAI asks who organises: a club or you. You enter the name and your website link (/c/…) and tap “Continue”. Choose the link carefully: it can't be changed later.
- Sign in with your account. You'll see “Let’s get started” and “Who organises the tournaments?”.
- Choose “A club” or “I’m the organiser”.
- Type the “Club name” (or “Your name or organisation”).
- Check “Your website link”: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3 to 48 characters. It must show “ · Available”.
- Under “Country”, check it shows yours: we suggest it from your browser.
- Tap “Continue”.
That link is your public profile (/c/your-link), where the tournaments you publish appear. Open it with “View public website” from the dashboard.
At the moment you can't change the link after registering. The name, logo and colours are changed in “My club” and saved with “Save changes”. If you've got the link wrong, tell us from the assistant (“Write to a person”).
One account is one club or organisation. If you run two clubs, you need an account for each, with different emails.
If you prepared a tournament without an account in this browser, it's saved as a draft as soon as you complete this step.
This isn't the Andalusian club website (in Spanish only): that one is requested separately, at /clubes.
