Several people in the organisation
Each account belongs to one club and you can't invite more users to the dashboard. Referees and the table don't need it: share the scorer link with its 6-digit code.
At the moment TournAI doesn't let you invite other people to your dashboard or give per-user permissions: one account is one club or organisation.
- For referees and the table to enter results, open the tournament and find the “Scorers” card.
- Tap “Share with referees”: the link is sent with the 6-digit code.
- Each scorer opens it on their phone, types the code and keeps score. No account needed.
- If someone stops helping, tap “Change code”: the old one stops working.
Moving matches and correcting finished results can only be done from the dashboard, signed in with the club account.
If two people work at the same time with the same account, they may see “Another tab or person has saved changes to this tournament. Reload to see the latest version.”. Tap “Reload” and redo the change: nobody's work is ever overwritten.
Split the roles on tournament day: one person on the dashboard (changes and corrections) and everyone else on the scorer.
