What “Schedule checked” means
It means TournAI has checked every match: no court or team has two matches at once, the minimum rest is respected and no knockout match starts before the matches it depends on have finished.
The “Schedule checked: no court or team clashes, rest and dependencies respected.” badge means all of this holds:
- No court has two matches at the same time.
- No team plays two matches at the same time.
- Between two matches of the same team there is at least the “Minimum rest (min)”.
- A knockout match doesn't start until the matches its opponents come from have finished, plus their rest.
- If you set “Bracket from”, no knockout match starts before that time.
TournAI looks for slots in 5-minute blocks, day by day and court by court, within each day's hours. Every time you move a match, it checks again.
Each match takes exactly the “Match duration (min)”, which includes warm-up and changeover. If your matches tend to overrun, increase it a little before you create the tournament.
TournAI doesn't assign referees or tables, and if a match overruns the schedule doesn't readjust itself: move the pending ones with “Move match”.
