Moving a match to another time or court
In “Tournaments”, open the tournament and, in “Schedule”, tap “Move match” next to the pending match. Choose the day, time and court and tap “Confirm change”: TournAI checks it doesn't clash with anything.
- Go into “Tournaments” and open the tournament.
- In the “Schedule” tab, find the match on its court.
- Tap the calendar icon (“Move match”) next to it.
- Choose “Date”, “Start” and “Court”.
- Tap “Confirm change”.
If you see “Cannot move: it clashes with a court, team or rest time.”, that slot won't work: try another time or court.
- Only pending matches can be moved: not live or finished ones (“Only pending matches can be moved.”).
- Only within the days the tournament already has.
- One at a time. To push back every match of a day at once, use “Delay matches”.
Want to swap two matches? Move one to a free slot, put the other in its place and finally move the first into the slot that's left.
The public site updates itself within a few seconds. If you've already printed the order of play, print it again; and anyone who downloaded the matches to their calendar will have to download them again.
