Correcting a finished result
Organiser only: in “Today”, choose the court, open “Finished” and tap “Correct result”. Standings, knockout matches and the site recalculate themselves.
- Go into “Today” and choose the tournament and the court where it was played.
- Open “Finished (n)”, below the court, and tap “Correct result” on that match.
- Adjust the sets with + and − (switch sets with “Set 1 · a–b”) and tap “Correct result”.
- Check the score and tap “Save correction”.
Standings, knockout matches and the site update themselves. Referees can't correct from their phones.
If the correction changes who plays in a knockout match that already has a score, you'll see “Warning: this changes who plays…” with the list of matches. The button becomes “Correct and clear those scores”: those matches go back to pending and must be scored again. Knockout matches whose teams don't change keep their score.
If the match is still live, there's nothing to correct: tap “Enter score” and change the score.
Result entered on the wrong match? A finished match doesn't go back to pending. When it's actually played, correct it with its real result, and enter the other one as normal. In the meantime, say that the standings are provisional.
