The page won't load or shows an error
Reload the page and check your connection. If you see “Tournament unavailable”, the tournament is a draft or has been unpublished: only the organiser can publish it.
- Tap “Try again” or reload the page.
- Check you're connected by opening another website.
- If someone sent you the link, check it's complete and copied correctly.
- Try another up-to-date browser.
What each message means
- “This page didn't load”: something went wrong. Tap “Try again” or “Go home”.
- “Page not found”: that link doesn't exist or was copied wrongly.
- “Tournament unavailable”: the tournament is a draft or has been unpublished.
- “Court unavailable”: that court doesn't exist in the tournament. Use “Change court”.
- “Esta web de club no está disponible.” (Andalusian club websites, in Spanish only): it may not be published yet or it may be hidden.
If it's your own tournament, check in the dashboard whether it says “Draft” and publish it with “Publish now”.
If it keeps failing, write to us from the assistant (“Write to a person”) with the link that gives the error.
