We're running late
Tap “Delay matches”, choose from what time and how many minutes: every pending match that day is pushed back at once. If the day runs out of time, TournAI offers to extend the hours.
- In “Today” or in the tournament's “Schedule”, tap “Delay matches”.
- Choose the “Date” if the tournament has several days, enter in “From” the time you're running late from and choose the “Minutes of delay”.
- Tap “Delay”: every pending match that day from that time is moved at once, on the website too.
- If the delay would make the day finish later than planned, you'll see “With that delay the day would end at…”. Tap “Extend and delay” if you can stay longer.
For a single match (or to put it on a free court), use “Move match”.
- You don't need to touch anything to carry on playing: a match can be started even if its time has passed.
- Matches that have already started or finished aren't moved.
- If the delay would go past midnight, it isn't applied.
Anyone who downloaded “Add to my calendar” doesn't get the changes: announce it over the PA or in the coaches' group too.
