News and photos on the club website

News

1. In “Club website”, scroll down to “News” and tap “Write news story”.
2. Fill in the “Headline” and the “Text”. The “Date” is set to today; change it if you like.
3. If you want, tap “Add photo”.
4. Tap “Publish news story”.

They appear on the website from newest to oldest: the latest 3 on show and the rest under “See all news”. “Edit” changes a story and the bin icon deletes it.

Photos

1. In “Social media and contact”, enter a “Public email” and tap “Save”. That's where families can ask for a photo to be removed.
2. Under “Photos”, type the “Album” (for example, Under-16) and, if you like, the “Caption”.
3. Tick the box: “I have permission from the families of the people in these photos…”.
4. Tap “Upload photos” and choose one or more.

The club is responsible for the photos it uploads and for having the families' permission. TournAI can remove any photo it considers inappropriate. Don't write the names of under-18 players in news stories or captions.

• Before uploading, photos are resized and stripped of hidden data (GPS location, phone, time).
• Up to 100 photos on the Free plan and 3,000 on the Club and Organiser plans.
• “Remove” takes a photo off the website straight away.
• The website has an “Ask for a photo to be removed” link that writes to your public email.
