Deleting your account
In “Account” › “Your data” › “Delete my account”, type BORRAR and confirm. Your club, tournaments, their pages and match sheets are deleted forever. It can't be undone.
- First, if you want to keep a copy, tap “Download my data”.
- In “Account” › “Your data”, tap “Delete my account”.
- Read the “Delete your account forever?” warning.
- Type BORRAR in “Type BORRAR to confirm”.
- Tap “Delete forever”.
Your club, tournaments, their public pages, match sheets and uploaded logos are deleted. It can't be undone. If there are invoices, they're kept for 6 years because the law requires it.
Do you pay for Club or Organiser? Cancel the subscription first in “Plans” › “Manage subscription”: deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
If you just want to remove one tournament, you don't need to delete your account: use “Unpublish” or “Delete tournament” on that tournament.
If you get our newsletter by email, untick “Receive TournAI news and tips by email” in “Account” first.
Do you run an Andalusian club website (in Spanish only)? That site isn't deleted with the account. You can tap “Ocultar web” or ask us to remove it from the assistant (“Write to a person”).
