Downloading your data
In “Account” › “Your data”, tap “Download my data”: you get a file with your account, club, tournaments, match sheets and plan requests.
- Go to “Account”.
- Scroll down to “Your data”.
- Tap “Download my data” and wait for “Preparing…” to finish.
- Save the file on your computer or in the cloud.
It's a JSON file with everything we store about your club: account, club, tournaments with teams and results, match sheets and plan requests. It opens in any text editor, but it isn't a spreadsheet.
It's the only way to get back the sheets for finished matches from your account: there's no match sheets section in the dashboard.
There's no Excel or PDF export of results. To have the times on paper, use “Printable order of play” › “Print or save as PDF” on the tournament site.
If you see “The download could not be prepared. Please try again.”, try again in a little while.
