Paying by card, your subscription and invoices

1. In the dashboard, tap “Upgrade” or go to “Plans”.
2. On Club or Organiser, choose “Per season” or “Monthly” and tap “Pay”. For a single big tournament, tap “Buy 1 tournament”.
3. On Stripe's payment page, enter your card, the name or company name and the billing address, and tick the box “I accept TournAI’s terms of sale and ask for the service to start right away.”: you can't pay without it. If you need a tax ID (NIF or CIF) on the invoice and the page doesn't ask for it, write to us from the assistant (“Write to a person”).
4. Pay. You return to TournAI with “Thank you for your payment!” and, a few seconds later, “Done: you now have the … plan”. The invoice arrives by email.

If you cancel on Stripe's page, you'll see “Payment cancelled”: nothing has been charged. If in “Plans” you see “I want this plan” instead of “Pay”, online payment isn't active yet: see “Getting a paid plan”.

Managing your subscription

With a subscription, above “Plans” you see “Your subscription: … plan, …” with the date it renews. Tap “Manage subscription” to:

• Change the card.
• Switch between Club and Organiser, or between monthly and per season (also with “Change plan” in the table). The difference for the current period is charged or credited at that moment.
• Download your invoices and change your billing details.
• Cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Your tournaments aren't deleted.

Club and Organiser renew automatically. If a payment fails you'll see “We couldn’t charge your last payment. Check your card in “Manage subscription” so you don’t lose your plan.” While Stripe retries, the plan stays active; if it's finally not charged, the account moves to the Free plan.

• Tournament plan: you pay once and it doesn't renew. It applies only to the next tournament that goes over your plan.
• Founder price: the first time you pay for Club per season, you're charged €49 instead of €120.
• All prices include VAT.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days to ask for a full refund if you haven't used the plan: the Tournament plan, if you haven't used it on any tournament; Club or Organiser, if you haven't created or published any tournament with it.
