What data we store
We store your account, your club, your tournaments with teams and results, match sheets (private), team registrations and your plans and payments, on EU servers. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Account: email and password (encrypted).
- Club: name, type, link and country.
- Tournaments: teams, matches and results.
- Match sheets: shirt numbers, names, cards, incidents and signatures. They're private: only you can see them.
- Team registrations (if you use them): team name, contact person, email, phone and whatever your form asks for. Only you can see them. Your club is responsible for that data and TournAI processes it on the club's behalf.
- Plans and payments: your plan requests and, if you pay, your billing details and the amount. Card details are handled only by Stripe: we never see them.
- If you sign up, your email for the newsletter or the checklist.
The data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
What's published: only what belongs to the tournaments you publish, and only the name, sport, format, venue, dates, courts, rules, teams (name, group and category) and matches. Never the match sheets or the registered teams' details.
Cookies: there are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you don't see a banner. Visits are counted without cookies or IP addresses. Your browser only stores technical things: your session, the language, the team you follow, the court chosen in “Today” and the tournament prepared without an account (14 days).
You can download everything with “Download my data” or delete it with “Delete my account”, in “Account” › “Your data”. The registered teams of each tournament you download with “Export CSV”. The details are in the Privacy policy (in Spanish only).
