A team doesn't turn up

On the match, tap “More actions” (⋯) › “No-show”, choose which team didn't turn up and tap “Close as no-show”. The minimum winning score is recorded, or whatever result your rules say.

  1. In “Today” or in the tournament's “Schedule”, tap “More actions” (⋯) on that match.
  2. Choose “No-show”.
  3. Tick the team that “Didn’t turn up”.
  4. Check the “Result recorded”. By default it's the minimum winning score (for example 25-0 and 25-0 in best of 3 sets to 25). If your rules say something else, tap “Change result”.
  5. Tap “Close as no-show”.

The match is finished with the label “No-show: (team)”, on the public site too, and counts in the standings with that score.

TournAI doesn't decide for you: apply what your rules say. The result you choose is recorded and you're responsible for that decision.

If you got it wrong, fix it with “Correct result” like any other match.

If the team is leaving the whole tournament, don't do it match by match: use “Withdraw team” (see “Withdrawing a team from the tournament”).

Put in writing under “Rules” (“Tournament details”) what happens if a team doesn't turn up: that way nobody argues about the result.
