Help centre Plans and limits
I've reached my plan limit
If the tournament goes over your plan's limit (teams, days, courts or tournaments per season), it won't save like that. What you already have keeps working. Adjust the tournament or move up to a bigger plan with “Upgrade plan”.
You'll see “You've reached a plan limit” with what's allowed (for example, “Your plan allows up to 12 teams per tournament.”) or a padlock in the form.
- Check how many you've used on the dashboard badge (“Free plan · 1 of 2 tournaments” or “Club plan · 3 of 6 tournaments”) or in “Account” › “Plan usage”.
- If it's tight, adjust the tournament: fewer teams, courts or days.
- If you need more, tap “Upgrade plan”: in “Plans” you sign up for the one that fits.
- Once you have it, save the tournament again.
- Free: 12 teams per tournament, 1 day, 3 courts and 2 tournaments per season.
- Trial (7 days from sign-up): 16 teams, 1 day, 4 courts and 2 tournaments per season.
- Tournament (€9 per tournament): 48 teams, 2 days and 8 courts, on the next tournament that goes over your plan.
- Club: 128 teams, 7 days and 32 courts per tournament, and 6 tournaments per season.
- Organiser: 256 teams, 7 days and 64 courts per tournament, with no cap on tournaments.
On Club and already run your 6 tournaments? You'll see “Already run your 6 tournaments this season? Buy a Tournament plan (€9) and run the next one with Club limits, or move to Organiser for no cap.” The Tournament plan only works if the tournament fits within Club limits; if it's bigger, you need Organiser.
Don't worry: “Your running tournaments keep working: you can record results and manage them as usual.”. The limit only stops you creating a tournament bigger than allowed or making one grow.
20 teams on the Free plan? You can run it as two tournaments (one per category, for example). But each one uses up a tournament for the season and neither schedule knows you're sharing the hall: split the courts between them by hand.
