Plans and prices

You can see them on the home page with “Pricing”, top right, and in your dashboard with “Upgrade”.

On “Pricing” the plans are split into two tabs: Tournaments (Free, Tournament and Organiser) and Club website (Free and Club). The Organiser plan also includes the club website.

• Free (€0): 2 tournaments per season, of up to 12 teams, 1 day and 3 courts.
• Tournament (€9 per tournament): one tournament of up to 48 teams, 2 days and 8 courts, with no TournAI sponsors. It applies automatically to the next tournament that goes over your plan and doesn't use up any of your season's tournaments.
• Club (€12 a month or €120 per season): 6 tournaments per season, of up to 128 teams, 7 days and 32 courts, with no TournAI sponsors and priority support. Founder price: €49 for the first season.
• Organiser (€29 a month or €290 per season): unlimited tournaments, of up to 256 teams, 7 days and 64 courts, with “Circuits and rankings” and priority support.

Every plan, Free included, comes with the tournament website with live results, the scorer on your phone, the printable order of play, your logo and colours, the club website, online registration, social media images and tournament templates. Taking card payments for registrations costs 2% of each registration.

When you sign up you get a 7-day trial with a bit more room: 16 teams and 4 courts per tournament.

Already run your 6 tournaments on Club? Buy a Tournament plan (€9) and run the next one with Club limits, or move to Organiser.

To sign up, tap “Pay” or “Buy 1 tournament” in “Plans” (see “Paying by card, your subscription and invoices”). If you see “I want this plan” instead, online payment isn't active yet: you send the request and we get in touch.

The own domain for the Club and Organiser plans will come later: for now the club website works with its TournAI link.

Do the maths: if you run only a few big tournaments and they fit in 48 teams, 8 courts and 2 days, paying tournament by tournament with the Tournament plan works out cheaper.
