Setting up the scorers' table before you start

Before the first match, send the scorer link and code with “Share with referees”, test it on a phone and have the order of play printed in case anything goes wrong.

  1. In “Tournaments”, open the tournament and find the “Scorers” card.
  2. Tap “Share with referees”: this sends the link and the 6-digit code. It's a single code for all courts.
  3. Test the link on a referee's phone before the first match: if it asks for the code and lets them in, it's ready.
  4. Have one phone per court and get each referee to pick their “Court N” in the scorer.
  5. Open the “TV screen” on the hall's TV and put up the “Printable order of play”.

Referees don't need an account, just the link and the code. You don't need to publish the tournament for scoring either, but you do for teams and parents to see results on the site.

Decide who scores each match: either the referee on the phone, or you in “Today”. If you both enter it at the same time, you'll overwrite each other.

  • Charged phones and a charger or power bank per court.
  • Mobile data as plan B if the hall's wifi drops.
  • The order of play and a few paper scoresheets, just in case.

The code is only remembered in that browser tab. Ask referees not to close it between matches.
