Social media images for your tournament

In the tournament's “Social” tab, choose “Poster”, “Matches”, “Results”, “Standings” or “Podium”, pick the format and tap “Download”. They come ready for Instagram, WhatsApp or X, with your badge and the tournament link.

  1. Go to “Tournaments”, open the tournament and go to the “Social” tab. You can also tap “Open” on “Social media images”, inside “Next step”.
  2. Choose what you want to share: “Poster”, “Matches”, “Results”, “Standings” or “Podium”.
  3. Choose the format: “Post 4:5” or “Story 9:16”.
  4. If needed, choose the “Day”, the “Category” or the group.
  5. Tap “Download”. On a phone you also have “Share”.
  • Poster: name, sport, dates, venue, teams and courts, with a QR code to the tournament link.
  • Matches: one day's matches, with time, court and teams.
  • Results: one day's finished matches, with the score and sets.
  • Standings: a group's or the league's, with the qualifiers highlighted.
  • Podium: champion, 2nd and 3rd in a category, or “All champions” if there are several. It appears once the final has been played.

If it doesn't all fit in one image, it's split into several (“Image 1 of N”): tap “Download all N” to get them all. They carry your badge and club name at the top, and the TournAI logo and the tournament address at the bottom, in black and white.

They're created on your device with the data saved at that moment and aren't stored anywhere: if a result changes, download it again. They come out in the dashboard's language; team names appear as they are.

Publish the tournament first. Otherwise you'll see “The tournament isn't published yet: the link and QR code in the image will work once you publish it.”
